i Philocalies! Thanks so much for visiting my blog! I’m Verena, 33 years old and living in a small city near Cologne.  I started my blog in August 2016 as a way to share my passion for style and fashion. Philocaly means „love of beauty“ and since I am passionate about the beauty in things I thought this would be the perfect name for my blog.

This blog is my happy place where I can challenge my creative mind. I love the feeling of satisfaction when I wrap a post or shoot that I’m incredibly proud of. The best thing is when I get positive feedback from you – it’s such a rewarding feeling!
